The Tile is an independent gallery that exhibits tilework and pottery. Their goal is to promote the appreciation of tilework and pottery in the modern United States. I developed the logo for this gallery, taking inspiration from the tilework that is found in cities in Europe, particularly the Catholic churches of Spain. I used positive and negative space to symbolize the different grooves that tile can form.
